Refunds
We do not accept refunds for any reason.
Exchanges
- We accept exchanges provided the item is in good and normal condition, clean, and unused. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item is damaged, dirty, or has been used.
- Only full-price items (not discounted items) are eligible for exchange.
- The price tag must remain attached, and a valid purchase receipt must be provided.
- Exchanges can only be processed within a maximum of 14 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are limited to a different size or color (while supplies last), or to another product of the same or higher price.
- The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
- These exchange policies apply to all purchases made both online and in-store.
Warranty
We provide a warranty period of up to 3 days after the product is received. Warranty claims may only be submitted if the product damage has reached 70%, and we are unable to cover any damage that occurs during the shipping process.
