These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all orders for products sold on the FITLINE ATHLETICS website ("Products"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all purchases made through the FITLINE ATHLETICS website. Please read them carefully before placing your order. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
2. Orders
- The actual color of a product may differ slightly from what is shown in catalog photos due to variations in lighting, contrast, or display settings on your device. Please review your color selection carefully before ordering.
- Customers who wish to purchase our products must be of legal age for data usage.
- By placing an order through our website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
- An email confirmation will be sent to you with your order status and details.
3. Pricing
- We make every effort to ensure that our product prices are accurate. However, in the event of a pricing error, we encourage customers to contact our customer service immediately. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices are displayed in the relevant currency on the website.
- All product prices include VAT at the current applicable rate. Delivery charges are excluded from the listed product price.
4. Payment
- We only accept the payment methods listed on the checkout page of our website. Cash On Delivery (COD) is not available.
- The use of promo codes or special promotions must comply with the terms and conditions of the applicable promotion.
5. Delivery
- We will ship products in stages according to our operational schedule.
- Delivery costs, delivery locations, and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
- Depending on the delivery location and selected payment method, customers may be asked to sign a delivery receipt upon receiving the order.
- If the courier partner is unable to deliver your order, they will leave a note or contact you directly. You may need to collect your parcel from the nearest courier warehouse.
- The shipping status will be marked as "completed" once the order has been delivered and received by the customer.
6. Exchange Policy
- We accept product exchanges provided the item is in good and normal condition — unused, clean, with the original price tag attached, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items may be exchanged for a different size or color (subject to availability) or for a different product of the same or higher value.
- All shipping costs related to exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Products cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not accept refunds for any reason.
- Discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
7. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or disruptions to supply chains or delivery services.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to FITLINE ATHLETICS — including but not limited to our brand name, logo, product designs, photography, and website content — are exclusively owned by FITLINE ATHLETICS. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will be pursued in accordance with applicable law.
