Our Exchange & Returns Policy
At FITLINE ATHLETICS, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Refunds
We do not accept refunds for any reason. All sales are final. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is in good and normal condition — unused and clean
- Original price tag remains attached
- Original proof of purchase (receipt) is provided
- Item was purchased at full price (discounted items are not eligible for exchange)
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of damage, has been worn, or does not meet the above conditions.
Exchange Options
Approved exchanges may be processed for:
- A different size or color of the same item (subject to availability)
- A different product of equal or higher value
Exchanges cannot be processed for cash or store credit.
Product Warranty
We offer a limited warranty of 3 days from the date you receive your product. Warranty claims are only valid if the product defect or damage has reached 70% or more of the item.
Please note: damage caused during the shipping process is not covered under our warranty.

Please provide your order number and photos of the item when contacting us. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Discounted Items
Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
